浅谈系统动力学理论在水产品冷链销售中的应 用简

以包装冻鳕鱼为例，引入产品质量损失成本概念，建立了水产品冷链销售的系统动力学模型。通过选取合适参数对模型进行仿真实验发现，冷链销售企业的利润水平随着水产品库存温度的降低而升高，随着库存覆盖时间的压缩而升高。运用系统论的功能主义观和整体观对仿真结果进行分析，认为水产品冷链销售企业乃至整个水产品供应链应该以产品质量为先，不仅有利于企业利润的增加，而且对于培育良好消费环境、推动水产品冷链物流整体运作水平、缓解食品安全问题具有重要作用。

The Application of System Dynamics Theory in Aquatic Product Cold Chain Sales

A case study of coldfish paking, this article builds a System Dynamics Model of aquatic product cold chain sales with introducing the concept of quality loss cost. By selecting appropriate param- eters and making simulation experiment using the model, this paper finds that the enterprises profit level of cold chain sales rises with the decline of storage temperature and with the reduction of storage recovery times. This article uses the views of Functionalism and integrity of system theory, and it believes that cold chain sales enterprises and even the whole supply chain should focus on the product quality firstly. Those will be not benefit to increase the profits, but cultivat a good consumption environment for cold chain sales enterprise, and be benefit to the operational performance for the whole aquatic product cold chain logis- tics, and the remission of the food security problem.
