| 摘 要： | 试用Shannon信息系数对泽泻科植物进行分类.分类的步骤为:1.确定分类单位;2.选择性状;3.计算信息相异的矩阵;4.聚类分析.结果表明,对中国15种泽泻科植物进行Shannon信息分类得到的结果与传统定性分类的结果一致.

| Abstract: | In this paper, Shannon's information coefficient is used to the classification of species of Ahsmataceae. The procedures of this method are as follows:1. The determinatiom of taxonomic unit;2. Selecting characters;3. The calculation of information dissimilarity matrix; and4. Cluster analysis.The results of using Shannon's information cofficient to classfy 15 species of Alismataceae from China are similar to the classification by traditional methods. |
