| 摘 要： | 对国有企业内外部环境发生的巨大变化和国际上跨国大公司近年来实施收缩性的、强化核心业务的“归核化“战略转换进行了论述,提出为加快国有经济的战略调整和国有企业的战略性重组,实现产业结构升级,国有大型企业实施“归核化“战略势在必行,并对国有大型企业实行“归核化“战略所应采取的策略进行了有益的探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the big environmental changes of the state-owned enterprises(SOE) and the multinational enterprises' strategic change named as refocusing strategy which centers on contracting and reinforcing the core business.It is suggested that the big-sized SOEs in China should take the refocusing strategy positively in order to accelerate the strategical regulation of the national economic structure and the industrial structure upgrading.Some effective measures that big-sized SOEs should take to implement the refocusing strategy are also studied. |
