尿素改性吸水性酚醛泡沫

摘    要:用尿素改性可发性酚醛树脂,并用其制备吸水性酚醛泡沫。结果表明:与未改性的吸水性酚醛泡沫相比,尿素改性的泡沫吸水速度和吸水率都明显提高;并发现尿素用量在12%~14%时,吸水性泡沫的表观、强度、吸水等综合性能皆佳,适合作为鲜花保鲜的插花泥材料使用。

Abstract:An expandable phenolic resin was synthesized by using urea as a modifier. The resulted phenolic resin was foamed which has an open cell structure and can be used as water absorbing materials. The experimental data show that the rate of water absorption and the water absorptivity of this modified foam are improved obviously compared with that made from a pure phenolic resin. The influence of content of urea added on the foam performance was investigated, which gave an appropriate component for manufacture of a perfect water absorbing phenolic foam. The modified foam is ideal to be used as a flower mud.
