计算机辅助打桩船撑杆设计

摘    要:考虑梁拱高度、船员的操作高度等因素,给出了撑杆在支撑状态下的夹角、撑杆长度、撑杆上下支点基座的方位角等参数的计算公式,并用VB语言编程,与强度计算软件接口,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计精度,从而降低了施工的劳动强度.通过工程实践,验证了本文方法和计算机程序的准确性和实用性.

Abstract:The formulae for the angle between stay bars in supporting case, length of stay bar, azimuth of the bases and so on are given in this paper. Simultaneously, height of camber, operating height and other factors are taken into account. The computer program in VB language is worked out and linked with the strength analyzing of software, so that the designing period is shortened, the precision enhanced and the labor strength of construction is reduced. The method and the computer program have been demonstrated right and practicably by project practice.
