| 摘 要： | 从线圈成圈过程中变形的极限状态分析了单面舌针针织机成圈时的最小线圈长度的计算及影响因素。提出了提高产品质量、减少织疵时应考虑的纱线细度、机号、针头尺寸及调机工艺等有关问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the minimum loop length of the sinsle circular knitting machine with latch needle and its influence factors are discussed by analysing the limit state of the loop during knitting with reference to fineness of yarn, gauge and machine adjustment parameters, which must be considered in orderto produce better quality fabric. |
