| 摘 要： | 甘南藏族自治州文化结构极不平衡，文化发展的内在动力不足，旅游开发与文化扶贫在甘南州并行不悖。旅游流的产生、壮大，给甘南州的经济、文化、社会等带来直接影响，并由此激励出甘南州文化发展的内在动力机制，以实现旅游开发的文化扶贫目标。

| Abstract: | TheculturalstructureofGannanTibetanAutonomousFrefectureisnotbalance,andtheintra powerofculturaldevelopmentislimited.Bothtourismexploitationandpoor culturedevelopmentaresuitableforGannanTibetanAutonomousFrefecture.Withtourismflowstartingandstronger,thesociety,economy,culturewillbeimpacteddirectly.Inthemeanwhile,themechanismofculturedevelopmentwillbeactiviated. |
