摘    要:为提高自动化码头的箱区作业效率,提出支架式单悬臂箱区布局方案,在此基础上进行场桥调度.考虑场桥间的安全距离及支架缓冲区数量约束,建立整数规划模型,并设计遗传算法对模型进行求解,并对两种布局下场桥调度进行对比.结果表明,在支架式单悬臂箱区布局下,场桥作业效率提高14.50%,场桥等待时间减少65.99%.支架式单悬臂箱区布局可更好地解决多场桥联合作业的优化问题,提高箱区作业效率,为自动化码头箱区规划提供了新思路.

Abstract:In order to improve the operation efficiency of the box area in the automated terminals,the layout of the single-side cantilever cranes was put forward,and on this basis,the yard cranes scheduling was carried out.By considering the safety distance between yard cranes and the number of bracket buffers constraints,the integer programming model was established,and the genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model,the yard cranes scheduling of two layouts was compared.The results show that under the layout of bracket type single cantilever box area,the operation efficiency of the yard cranes is increased by 14.50%,and the waiting time of the yard cranes is reduced by 65.99%.The layout of single cantilever can better solve the optimization problem of multi-field bridge joint operation,and improve the operation efficiency,which provides a new idea for automatic terminal box area planning.
