卷烟物流中心效率优化设计研究

摘    要:面对着经济逐步放缓的趋势,卷烟行业也受到一定影响,卷烟企业需扎实开展提质降本增效工作,全面深化精益物流管理。鉴于目前的严峻形势,国家卷烟专卖局提出了将“第三利润源——物流”列入卷烟行业的核心业务,并积极推进行业现代物流体系的建设。卷烟物流中心作为物流的核心环节,如何建设卷烟物流中心以适应卷烟行业未来发展趋势,值得我们探究。本研究通过实证分析利用订单品项数量分析(EIQ分析法)、帕累托分析法(ABC分类法)对卷烟物流中心历史数据全面分析,首次从配送体系模式、入库设计、库存设计、分拣设计出发纵向研究卷烟物流中心运作模式,提出了X卷烟物流中心的优化方案,其结果可为卷烟物流中心的规划设计提供科学的参考依据。

Abstract:In recent years, facing the trend of economic slowdown, the cigarette industry has also been affected. Cigarette enterprises need to carry out the work of improving quality, reducing cost and increasing efficiency, and comprehensively deepen the lean logistics management. The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed to include the "third profit source logistics" in the core business of the tobacco industry, and actively promote the construction of the industry''s modern logistics system. As the core link of logistics, how to build a cigarette logistics center to adapt to the future development trend of tobacco industry is worth exploring. Based on the empirical analysis, EIQ analysis and ABC classification are used to analyze the historical data of cigarette logistics center. For the first time, starting from the distribution system mode, warehousing design, inventory design and sorting design, this paper studies the operation mode of cigarette logistics center vertically and puts forward the optimization scheme of X cigarette logistics center. The results can provide scientific reference for the planning and design of cigarette logistics center.
