70例结直肠癌术后并发症及其防治

为探讨结直肠癌术后并发症的发生原因及防治措施，对行结直肠癌根治术的70例结直肠癌患者资料进行分析，结果显示，70例患者中发生术后并发症32例，发生率41.02%.其中：术后感染4例，切口裂开4例，肠梗阻1例，尿潴留6例，吻合口瘘5例，造瘘口狭窄3例，造瘘口感染3例，后尿道损伤1例，造口旁疝2例，术后死亡3例.说明如何防治并发症是降低手术死亡率、提高患者生存质量的关键.

Analysis of Complications After Surgery of 70 Cases of Colorectal Cancer
