摘    要:读者心理学是图书馆工作必须了解和掌握的一门科学,图书馆工作如何针对高校读者的阅读心理,把握读者心理特点,加强阅读指导,满足读者需要,是做好读者服务工作的前提,对完善高校图书馆读者服务工作具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Readers' psychology is a science that library staff must know and master.By taking into consideration college students' reading psychology,the library work,i.e.to grasp reader's psychological characteristics,to strengthen reading guidance and thus to meet the needs of the readers plays a very important role to improve library work,which is the prerequisite to do the library work well,that is to provide good services to college students.
