| Abstract: | Since the C.P.C.came in power,it has been a basic task of the Party to improve its ruling ability.It is also a great strategic task which concerns the Party's existence,the success or failure of our socialist cause,the fate of the Chinese nation and our country's stability.At bottom,promoting our Party's ruling ability is to improve our Party's ability to initiate and organize the masses to achieve the socialist modernization of the country. |
