摘    要:在以往的机床动态性能研究中,一般是采用实模态分析方法来分析研究机床的动态特性,然而,机床结构中存在的阻尼既有材料的内阻尼,又有各结合面之间的接触阻尼,作用机理很复杂,因而,用传统的实模态分析法就无法使系统的运动方程解耦。

Abstract:In the past study of dynamic proporties of a machine tool,the method of real modal analysis was used generally under supposing proportional damping.In fact,however,there are material internal damping as well as touching damping between the component surfaces in a machine tool structure.The mechanism of their action is very complex.So it is impossible to decouple equations of the system motion by means of the old method of real modal analysis. In this paper,by use of the complex modal principle,the way of M7130 surface grinder has been tested.It was combined with theoretical analysis,the complex modal parameters of the first and second order were identified and their associated diagrams of the complex mode shapes were also done.
