大型电除尘器钢结构立柱部件有限元分析

摘    要:利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某型号电除尘器钢结构主要承载部件立柱及连接立柱的墙体建立有限元模型,并对模型进行了有限元分析,研究了在各种载荷共同作用下立柱部分结构应力(应变)以及位移(变形)情况。结果表明,分析计算具有较高的精度,所建模型和采用的计算方法合理,可进一步用于电除尘器结构的优化设计。

Abstract:Based on the construction features of the large column part in the steel structures of a type of electrostatic precipitator, a finite element model is established with large scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the structure stress (strain) and displacement (deformation) of the column under all sorts of loads are analyzed with the frontal solution method. The results indicate that analysis is relatively accurate, the finite element model and the analysis method is appropriate. The result can be further used for optimization design of the electrostatic precipitator steel structures.
