| 摘 要： | 文竹传统的繁殖方法主要为播种，结合分株，本文采用组织培养的方法，对文竹的快速繁殖进行初步的研究。结果发现了不同的外植体材料，不同的培养基配方对文竹的生长都产生很大的影响。并初步建立了文竹的快繁体系。

| Abstract: | The traditional propagation method is mainly by seeding or by plant division. This paper discussed another method which can propagate asparagus-fern by tissue culture. The results indicated that the different explant materials and medium formula influenced the growth of asparagus-fern greatly. This paper also established the fast propagation system of asparagus-fern. |
