| Abstract: | It is demonstrated that the Clark delivery economical method is undesirable in itspractical use for the limitation of its optimization tactics. So a new simulation system of multi-objective delivery plan is designed in this paper. On the basis of modelizing the principles of thedelivery plan, the system will simulate the optimum arrangement of the vehicle using in the de-livery and its optimum route under the load-level of the expactation, so as to realize therationalization for the delivery with twice optimum for multi-objective. The decision level ofthe delivery plan made by the simulation system is greatly improved in comparison with the Clark-Method. |
