论井泵最佳工况点的预测和计算方法

摘    要:本文根据离心泵基本理论,推导出导流壳特性方程式和叶轮特性方程式,阐明导流壳特性曲线的物理意义,详述了导流壳入口几何参数和叶轮出口几何参数对导流壳特性曲线和叶轮特性曲线的影响。提出了井泵最佳工况点的计算方法,并且论述了如何预测同一种叶轮在不同导流壳中和不同叶轮在同一个导流壳中的最佳工况点。最后通过对100JC/K10深井泵的叶轮和导流壳不同组合的性能试验曲线分析和验算,证实了前述理论的正确性。

Abstract:In this paper, according to the basic centrifugal pump theory, the characteristic equations of diffuser and impeller are derived and the physical meaning of characteristic curve of diffuser is brought out. Influence of the geometric parameters of diffuser inlet and impeller discharge on the characteristic curves of diffuser and impeller is described in detail. According to the above characteristic equations and curves, this paper has put forth the calculating method of optimal operating condition for well pump. It is pointed out how to predict the optimal operting condition of the same impeller in different diffuser and different impeller in the same diffuser. At last, by analysis of performance test curves which are obtained after grouping different impellers and diffusers in the 100JC/K10 type deep-well pump, the method developed is justified.
