| 摘 要： | 儿童自我控制能力主要体现在自制力、坚持性、自觉性和自我延迟满足四个方面。影响儿童自我控制的因素则主要有生理因素、父母因素、言语因素以及社会模仿和诱因。要培养和发展儿童的自我控制能力，就应建立良好的父母控制模式，实施有效的言语指导，同时还要指导儿童学会自我评价。

| Abstract: | Children's self-control ability mainly comprises the self-restraint,persistence,consciousness and delayed self-content.The factors influencing the children's self-control include the physiological,parental and linguistic aspects and social simulation and inducement.This paper points out that a good parental control model should be set up to train and develop the children's self-control ability,which can help to carry out the speech guide and lead them to learn self-evaluation as well. |
