摘    要:研究了3种ZJ400 CSP热轧板材工艺规程与组织、力学性能的关系,实验结果表明:当变形量增大时,晶粒组织的不均匀程度增大,含有粗大的铁素体晶粒和残留的热轧织构,引起力学性能的各向异性,导致了抗拉强度和延伸率的降低。

Abstract:The relation between technics and microstructure, mechanical properties has been stadied. The experiment results show tha the degree of offsetting of particle structures increases the the degree of distor- tion grows. Big ferrites and hot rolling texture are left behind in particle structures, Which leads the anisotropy of mechanics, so the tensile strength and elongation rate reduce.
