| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨带锁髓内针在胫骨股骨骨折中的临床效果．方法：对56例下肢长管状骨骨折采用带锁髓内针内固定治疗，闭合性骨折39肢，开放性骨折17肢，均采用静力型锁定，静力型变为动力型固定9例．结果：56例平均随访17个月，骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间为16周．结论：在下肢长管状骨折中应用带锁髓内针内固定术疗效满意，具有创伤小，固定可靠，骨折愈合率高，能早期活动等优点．

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral fracture and tibial fracture.Methods:56 cases of long tubular bone fracture of lower limbs were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,including 39 closed fractures,17 open fractures.All cases were treated with static fixation,while 9 cases were changed from static to dynamic fixation.Results:All cases were followed up about 17 months.All fractures healed with the average time of fracture union as 16 weeks.Conlusion:Satisfactory effect can be obtained with interlockinging intramedullary nailing in the treatment of fracture of long tubular bone of lower limbs.It has adventages of less trauma,strong fixation,high healing rate and early rehabilitation. |
