摘    要:电力营销是供电企业核心业务,电力营销工作的质量关系到公司自身效益.本文针对我国电力市场发展的新趋势,对供电企业营销的总体策略及策略的实施问题进行探讨与研究,提出了适应市场经济的新型电力营销管理模式:以市场需求为导向,以优质服务为手段,建立一个能适应商业化运营、法制化管理,分层高效运作,功能齐备,具有较高服务水准,充满市场活力的市场营销体系和机制.

Abstract:Electric Power Marketing is the key business for the power supply enterprise and quality of the work is of vital importance to the economic benefit of the enterprise itself.This article deals with discuss and research of the overall marketing tactics and its implementation of the power supply enterprise in view of the new trend of power market development in our country,and brings up a new marketing management model applicable to the marketing economy,which is explained as following: to establish a marketing system and mechanism with all necessary functions,high level service standards and plenty of vigor in market,which is suitable for commercial practice,legalized management and efficient operation in levels,under the guidance of market demands and by the way of good service.
