| 摘 要： | 随着我国专利制度的不断发展与完善，化学药领域的专利保护也逐渐成熟。专利申请与授权量不断增加，近五年来翻了一番，其中国内申请量和授权量的增长速度明显高于国外，申请涉及的技术难度和案卷的复杂程度也有增高趋势，不同类型的化学药专利申请，国内外申请的数量和特点也不相同。本文对我国化学药领域的发明专利状况进行分析，以期反映该领域创新活动的发展状况。
