智能及仿生材料技术专利态势分析

摘    要:以压电陶瓷、形状记忆合金、自清洁与自修复高分子材料、电(磁)流变体、电(磁)致伸缩材料等为对象,分析了国际智能与仿生材料技术专利申请与研发情况,揭示了专利申请活动的时间、空间、机构、技术布局、重点专利技术追踪与演进等方面的特点,并对当前主要态势进行了总结分析。

Abstract:Patenting activities worldwide on smart materials research were analyzed based on the data from Derwent Innovations Index (DII). In this research, the major components of smart materials were focused, including piezoelectric ceramic, shape memory alloy, self-cleaning and self-repairing polymer, electrostrictive (magnetostrictive) materials and electro-rheological (magneto-rheological) fluid. The document pace of filling, key patent players, theme map distribution, citation trees were analyzed and discussed. Two patent analyzing tools, TDA and Aureka, were employed wherein.
