| 摘 要： | 目的：分析下颌骨骨折坚强内固定术后钛板取出的原因及适应症。方法：对68例下颌骨内固定术后取钛板患者进行分析，总结取板原因。结果：本组病例取板原因中“无症状”取板占72．06％，“有症状”取板占27．94％。结论：目前“无症状”取板是下颌骨骨折术后钛板取出的主要原因。医师应根据每个个体的具体情况确定取板适应症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the causes and indications of mini-plate removal after mini-plate rigid internal fixation for mandibular fractures.Methods: 68 cases with plate placement for fixing fractures were investigated.The reasons for plate removal after operation were investigated.Results: In 68 cases investigated,72.06% of the patients were of asymptomatic plate removal,and 27.94% of the patients were of symptomatic plate removal.Conclusion: Asymptomatic plate removal was the main reason of plate removal after mandibular fracture operation at present.Indications of plate removal should be used according to the conditions of each individual case. |
