| Abstract: | In the storage model for single commodities, an optimum order quantity with average minimum total cost per unit time is worked out by means of cost analysis. However, the optimum order quantities for each kind of products suffer from some limitations in the storage model for variety of commodities. By analyzing the storage model for variety of commodities, this article deals with in detail how the changes of price and total funds influence the optimum order quantity. |
