二极管钳位三电平逆变器电源设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的二极管钳位三电平逆变电源设计.主电路前级采用推挽电路升压整流,为后级提供稳定的直流母线电压.后级采用二极管钳位三电平逆变电路,产生稳定的220V/50Hz交流电压输出.电源采用数字化控制,驱动信号由DSP计算产生.逆变器工作于恒压模式,采用电压电流双闭环PI控制策略,通过PI算法调节三电平逆变电路的驱动占空比来实现闭环控制.最后制作了1kW的样机进行验证,实验证明,方法可行,具有好的应用前景.

Abstract:A diode-clamped three-level inverter power supply based on DSP is introduced. A push-pull circuit is applied to main circuit forward for boost rectification,preparing stable DC voltage for after circuit. The after circuit adopted diode-clamped three-level inverter to output stable 220V/50Hz AC voltage. The power supply based on digital controller and driver signals produced by DSP. Inverter operated on constant voltage mode, using voltage- current close loop control strategy. The three- level inverter's duty cycle is adjusted via PI arithmetic to achieve closed-loop control. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified through a 1 kw prototype machine, proving favorable and having high practical value.
