轧辊毛化Rsk负值研究

摘    要:具有负Rsk值的轧辊表面,可以提高轧辊的抗磨损能力,并增强轧制出来的带钢的冲压性能,对高端汽车板制造行业有重要的意义.本文介绍了负Rsk值的含义,实现负Rsk值的三种方法,并着重介绍了duplex双重毛化技术.最后用实验证明了负Rsk值对轧辊耐磨损能力的影响.

Abstract:In the high-end automotive steel industry, A higher -ve Rsk roll surface increases the bearing ratio of the roll, and increases steel strip's stamping property. This article introduces the geometric meaning of -re Rsk, three way to realize -ve Rsk and focuses on the duplex technology. In the end this article proves that -ve Rsk can influnce the bearing ratio of the roll by experiment researcb.
