| 摘 要： | 介绍了知识与知识分布度其决定因素的相关理论．通过建立数学模型描述并分析了企业中知识分布的情况，研究了企业中知识分布与权利形态的关系．最后，从成本角度用量化的方式对知识分布与组织层级之间的关系进行描述，提出了知识分布影响下企业组织层级的优化模型．

| Abstract: | The theory on knowledge,knowledge distribution and its determinants is summarized.A mathematical model is constructed to describe and analyze the knowledge distribution,and then the relationship between knowledge distribution's determinants and right state of enterprise organization level is studied.Finally,the relative formula between knowledge distribution and organization level is concluded from the angle of cost. |
