摘    要:对小口径薄壁管焊缝超声波探伤技术中存在的问题进行了理论探讨,加工改进小探头和研究制定一种新的超探工艺以解决这些问题。实验证明该技术行之有效并已直接应用于工程中。

Abstract:The technological problems in ultrasonic test of the welding seam of a small calibre, thin-walled pipe were studied. To solve these problems, a small reformed probe and new testing technology are proposed. By experiments, the new technology proved to be effective, and it has been directly used in the engineering application.
