| 摘 要： | 专家教授的审稿工作是高校学报编辑出版流程中的一个至关重要的环节。严肃学报审稿制度是确保高校学报质量的重要措施,也有利于遏制学术腐败。针对目前学报审稿中存在的问题并结合作者多年审稿、改稿的实践和编辑经验,提出社科学报审稿时应该严格把握的五条原则供深入探讨。
