非设计工况下叶片扩压器与离心叶轮间非定常流动的二维数值模拟

摘    要:以一实验用离心压气机内叶片扩压器与叶轮间耦合流动为研究对象,采用动静部件统一的计算方法,对叶片扩压器与离心叶轮间二维流场在非设计工况下的非定常流动进行了数值模拟,并与无叶扩压器与离心叶轮间定常流场进行比较.与测量结果比较表明,本文的计算结果具有一定的可信度,并由此说明了非设计工况下,动静部件干涉对流动的影响.

Abstract:Unsteady flow field in a centrifugal fan due to impeller and vaned diffuser interaction at off-design conditions was studied. The pressure impliut with splitting operators (PISO) algorithm was applied to solve the kinetic equations with absolute and relative velocities. Compared with the experimental data, the numerical method for unsteady flow is proved to be reliable. Moreover the flow field with vaneless diffuser was simulated, its performance at off-design condition is a little better than that in the field with vaned diffuser.
