摘    要:通过对三种不同强度等级材料的微型剪切试验和与不同剪切点相对应的剪切面上压延流线的形态以及断口形貌观察和分析,探讨了金属材料在微型剪切过程中的变形和断裂的基本规律.试验结果表明,微型剪切时材料的变形和断裂过程,与常规拉伸试验既有相似之处,又有其固有特征.并初步提出了微型剪切过程中在剪切面附近的应力分布模型.从而为进一步深入研究微型剪切的机理和扩大其在工程技术中的实际应用提供了必要的理论依据.

Abstract:In this paper, the basic law of deformation and fracture of metal material during micro-shear process have been investigated through micro-shear test for three materials with different strength classes as well as observations and analysis on the form of calendering flow line and appearence of fracture on the corresponding shear surface of different shear spots. The experimental results show that the processes of deformation and fracture of microshear test possess both similar character with conventional tensile test and their intrinsic feature. A preliminary model of stress distribution near the shear surface is put forward ,thus the essential theoretic foundation is provided in order to study the mechanism of micro-shear and to further extend its practical application in engineering technique.
