高温测量元件热电偶及其补偿电路的设计

摘    要:温敏元件热电偶在高温测量中具有重要的现实意义,本文从物理方面解释了它的工作原理,在冷端温度一定的情况下,回路总的热电势只与工作端温度有关。并给出了正确使用方法,设计出采用输入端带有桥式电路的差动运放电路作为温度补偿电路,使仪表、计算机能够准确测量、控制工作点的温度。

Abstract:The temperature-sensing component thermocouple has a great practical significance in the high-teperature measuring.The article explain its working principle from the physical aspect.Under the certain state of temperature at the cold end,the general thermoelectrical potential of Teturn circuit only has a connection with temperature at the working end.It also shows the correct using method.The differential amplifying circuit using the input end with the bridge circuit has been designed as temperature compensating circuit to have meters and computers accurately measure and control temperature of the working point.
