The Supply System on Innovating Rural Public Goods Is the Key to Arranging Urban and Rural Development

With the further development of market economic system,the supply system of rural public goods, which met the needs of planned economy,peasant economy and administrative economy, has fallen apart, but the new supply system is still under way.The great development of rural economy has promoted more and more industrial chains and made them longer and longer. It calls for the re-construction of supply system concerned with rural public goods .The supply system is the need to advance local government administrative level ,the need to arrange urban and rural development and build a well-off society in a round way,the special need to practise "Three Represents" thought.
