| 摘 要： | 利用增量迭代法进行工件的弹塑性分析及回弹量计算,提出了用逐步却载及加载法预测板件的最终成形形状及设计模具形状。本方法在微机上得到实现,并与实验结果取得相当一致的吻合。

| Abstract: | A computer-aided-design method is proposed for plate forming in cold bending. The elastic-plastic and springback analysis is performed by the increament iteration approach. By using the step-by-step unloading and loading procedure, the shapes of plates after springback are predicted and the contours of dies designed. The method put forward by the authors is realized on the microcomputer and the calculated results are in good agreement with experimental ones. |
