摘    要:本文以光温敏感核不育水稻“安农S-1”为材料,对不育及可育花药中重要生化成分、三种同工酶和游离组蛋白进行了比较研究.结果表明,不育花药中游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和淀粉含量的缺乏,过氧化物酶同工酶酶带的增加,苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶酶带的减少及α-淀粉酶同工酶酶带Ⅱ活性减弱等可能是促进花粉败育的重要原因,但不是引起败育的最初原因.不育花药中游离组蛋白某些区带的消失和总含量的减少,进一步表明不育花药中与花粉发育有关的基因表达受到干扰.

Abstract:Using the indica rice "An Nong S - 1" as materials, some biochemical composition, three isozymes and free histones were studied between the sterile and the fertile anther. The results were as follows. The shortages of free proline, soluble protein and starch, the increase of bands of Peroxidase isozymes, the decrease of bands of Malate Dehydrogenase isozymes and the activity abatement of band II of α-Amylase isozymes in the sterile anther were not the initial, but the important cause to induce pollen abortion. The results of disappearance of some bands and lower contents of free histones indicated that the expression of the genes relating to the pollen development were disturbed in the sterile anther.
