人造金刚石酸洗废液的回收和利用

摘    要:提出了从人造金刚石酸洗废液中回收硫酸镍的方法,讨论了MnO-4氧化法脱除Mn2+及沉淀Ni2+的条件,确定了合适的回收工艺。得到的硫酸镍产品质量符合GB600985一级品的标准,且同时得到副产品NaNO3和MnO2.该工艺不造成二次污染,基本上达到综合利用的目的。回收工艺简单,经济效益显著。

Abstract:A method for recapturing NiSO_4 from the waste acid liquid which comes from the process of synthesizing diamond is presented. The conditions for removing Mn~2 from the liquid by oxidizing Mn~2 and by using MnO_4~- as well as for deposition of NiSO_4 are discussed. The suitable conditions for the process have been selected.The quality of the product NiSO_4 obtained by this method accords with the first class standard of GB6009-85,as by product NaNO_3 and MnO_2 are got at the same time.This process is simple and there is no additional pollution.
