The Diverse Sources of Education Expenditure of Russian National Universities

The Russian higher education fell into the trouble of which education expenditure was badly deficient after Soviet Union disintegrated. Therefore, Russian central authorities took powerful measures, for example, to increase the country' s financial investment, encourage local authorities to share partial education expenditure, run a personal share mechanism, allow universities to be engaged in legitimate commercial activities and gather social capital to run a school in order to gain funds to improve the school condition. By doing so, Russia has provided beneficial model of higher education improvement for the other countries.
