基于PLC控制的刮板输送机监控装置设计

摘    要:在对现有刮板输送机研究现状分析的基础上,针对国产重型刮板输送机的特点,开发了基于PLC控制的刮板输送机监控装置.该装置分为监控主站和监控分站2部分,监控分站的数据采集和信息处理利用PLC技术实现,传感器和监控分站之间采用快插电缆连接的方式,监控主站利用工业平板电脑运行IFIX组态软件实现,利用PROFIBUS总线技术实现监控分站之间以及监控主站与监控分站之间的数据传输.最后通过搭建适合井下工况的实验平台,证明了刮板输送机监控装置构建方案的正确性.

Abstract:A monitoring device was developed after analyzing the characteristic andcurrent research status of domestic scraper conveyor.There have monitor master and monitor slave,the monitor slave adopted PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) technology,instant cable is used for the connection between sensors and Onboard monitor slave,the monitor master adopted the industrial panel PC running IFIX software,make use of the Profibus technology to realize the information transmission among monitor slave and monitor master....
