新型原油破乳剂SYC-201的研制及在天赐湾集输站的应用

摘    要:天赐湾集输站处理原油开采时间长,原始含水率3%~5%,破乳温度变化大,现用破乳剂存在用量大、净化油含水率高、脱水时间长等问题.本文通过正交实验法优化得到破乳剂的最佳单剂质量配比,即m(YP-02)∶m(AP221)∶m(SP169)=8∶2∶3,研制出一种新型原油破乳剂SYC-201.室内实验结果表明,该破乳剂在温度为30℃、加入质量浓度为200 mg/L时,SYC-201在120 min净化油平均含水率为0.16%,且油水界面整齐,脱出水色清亮,说明其具有良好的破乳脱水能力.现场实验结果表明,加入SYC-201后的净化油含水率明显小于加入原用破乳剂后的净化油含水率,在SYC-201的平均加量为228 mg/L时,净化油平均含水率为0.10%,小于出矿原油技术条件(SY7513-1988)不大于0.50%的指标要求,能够满足现场生产使用要求.
