| 摘 要： | 中村钒矿矿石开采过程中,出现了采空区矿石自然发火现象,采空区漏风强度大,火区范围大且位置模糊,在灭火过程极易发生爆炸,严重危胁着钒矿的安全开产.本文在分析钒矿矿石特征及物质成份的基础上,掌握了钒矿自燃的机理和燃烧特征.根据钒矿采空区着火的特点,利用液态二氧化碳对火区进行治理,设计了液态二氧化碳释放工艺及管路的布置方案,确定了液态二氧化碳的注入量.通过对钒矿采空区自燃火区进行有效的隋化和降温,抑制和熄灭了火灾,保障了矿山的安全生产.
