| 摘 要： | 某炼油厂由于常年加工高酸原油,导致设备腐蚀严重.通过取样分析,发现较明显的腐蚀部位为塔顶冷凝系统和流出管线,材质为20号钢.根据现场腐蚀环境,采用挂片失重法,评价了PF99、WS01、LH01缓蚀剂在减黏油水混合物中的缓蚀性能.实验表明,在这种油水混合物体系下,PF99能够达到理想的缓蚀效果,试片表面腐蚀产物很薄,易去除,金属表面较光洁,最佳添加量为质量分数0.01%,缓蚀效率达93.79%,能有效抑制20号钢在减黏油水混合物中的腐蚀.
