平板硫化机微机控制系统的研究

摘    要:提出了一种采用16位单片机控制平板硫化机的微机控制系统.针对硫化过程中存在的问题,提出了等效硫化的解决方法,并提出了采用模糊控制与PID控制调节相结合的综合控制器的控制方案,最后对系统的可靠性进行了研究.经实际使用,证明该系统具有结构简单、可靠性强的特点,解决了平板硫化机的硫化温度的控制问题

Abstract:The microcomputer based control system with 16 bit chip microcomputer for a plate vulcanizing machine is presented. In order to tackle the troubles of high vulcanization and low vulcanization, a mathematical model of equivalent vulcanization as well as the relevant software has been developed. The vulcanizing time can be adjusted automatically with the variation of the temperature so that the quality of the product can be improved. The scheme with a hybrid controller that combines the idea of fuzzy control with PID control is adopted. The reliability of the system is studied. Practical operation shows that the system is characterized by simple structure and high reliability.
