| 摘 要： | 创新研发是提升中国制造商竞争力的重要途径.以全球供应链为背景,研究在有海外技术垄断条件下中国制造商研发策略优选问题.区别于以往单一强调企业之间研发竞赛的研究工作,提出中国政府通过期权机制干预国内创新活动的设想.并设计两类市场垄断期权,建立完全信息动态博弈模型,求得各方收益水平,结论证明两类期权均能有条件的改善中国国内净福利.并建议根据市场成熟水平有差别的使用两类期权.
