经编机连杆机构动力分析

摘    要:本文介绍经编机连杆机构的动力分析。文中计算了当机器运转时,由于各构件的惯性力所引起的铰接点的约束反力以及传递至机架的振动力和振动力矩。文章中采用了两种方法:第一种方法是对机构中每一构件写出三个动力学方程,把这些方程写成矩阵形式,从而解得铰链点的约束反力和驱动力偶矩,进而计算振动力和振动力矩;第二种方法是利用达兰贝尔原理和能量公式直接写出振动力、振动力矩和驱动力偶矩的表达式。文中还提供了一些数据资料。

Abstract:This paper presents dynamic force analysis of a warp-knitting machine. We have computed the joint reaction forces, the combined or resultant shaking force and the shaking moment transmitted to the frame and the input torque, all of which are produced by the inertia forces of links when the machine is running. Two computing techniques are adopted. The first one is based upon writing three dynamic equations for each link in the mechanism from free body diagrams and upon reformulating these equations into matrix form so that the joint reaction forces and the input torque can be solved easily. Further the combined shaking force and the shaking moment can be also computed. The second computing technique is to make use of the D' Alembert Principle and the energy formulation to formulate directly the expressions for the shaking force, the shaking moment and the input torque. Some numerical data are given.
