| Abstract: | Taking the improvement of the production line of a certain automobile fittings company as the example, and by using the principles of the human factors engineering, this paper discusses on the improvement of the man-machine system composed of the people-machine-environment in the production line from four aspects of the man-machine matching, man-machine relationship, man-machine functional allocation, and man-machine environment. |
