棚用深耕耕整机的研制

摘    要:对棚用深耕旋耕机的功能和实际使用进行了研究、设计和制作。改进链传动壳体上的一部分须伸入土层,研制者把整个耕深分为两部分, 分别有犁体和深松犁体来完成链传动壳体正上方泥土的松碎任务,从而解决了链壳受泥土反力造成的整个旋耕部件上抬的问题。为了实现深耕无级可调,该机特设计成传动壳体能绕主动轴摆动。

Abstract:The author researched,designed and tested the function and operation of the deeptiller used in polyethylene film shed,which resulted in the following discovery:when part of the driving box of chain penetrates into solum, the driving box,affected by the conter force of the solum,will uplift the whole of the rotary tiller.Deep tilling can be completed with the body at the front and deepening loosening plowbody comminuting the solum under the driving box fox the realization of depth of stepless adjustment,the driving box of the deeptiller can swing around capstan shaft.
