开拓河北省农村市场研究

对制约河北省农村消费的主要因素进行了分析 ,主要有农民收入增长幅度降低 ,农村消费环境欠佳 ,商品流通不畅 ,有效供给不足 ,农村社会化服务体系不健全 ,农民整体素质不高等。为此 ,开拓河北省农村市场 ,要从以下几方面进行 :一是通过增加收入来促进农民消费 ;二是加大基础设施建设的投资 ;三是全面搞活市场流通 ,健全销售服务网络 ;四是建立健全农村市场信息“反馈”系统 ,生产适销对路的产品 ;五是正确引导和鼓励农民消费 ;六是大力开拓农村社会服务业 ;七是发展民办教育 ,扩大社会投资 ;八是加强对开拓农村市场工作的领导

STUDY ON EXPLORING THE RURAL MARKETS IN HEBEI PROVINCE

The paper analyzed the main factors confining the rural consumption in Hebei Province which include the lower increasing scope of farmers' income,the non ideal rural consumption circumstances,the non smooth production circulation,the insufficient valid provision,the imperfect rural socialization service system and the farmers' lower quality etc In order to explore the rural markets in Hebei Province,the measures that must be taken are (a)stimulating the farmers' consumption by increasing their income,(b)investing more on the construction of infrastruction,(c)smoothening the market circulation and perfecting sale service net,(d)setting up and perfecting the information feedback system and producing the goods that meet the farmers' requirements,(e)encouraging the farmers' consumption,(f)exploring the rural social service trade,(g)developing private owned schools and increasing social investment,(h)strengthening the leadership over the work on exploring the rural markets
