| Abstract: | Two methods of determination of ion content within different parts of plant cells were introduced in detail in this paper. They were washing method and X-ray microanalysis, including the method of extracting solutes (or sample preparation), the condition of determination and data analysis. The problems in experiments in using the two methods were discussed, too. |
