濒危植物普陀鹅耳枥种质资源保存现状与对策

报道了普陀鹅耳枥种质资源的岛内外就地与迁地保存现状,认为人为毁林开垦是导致其濒危的直接原因,花期不利天气是影响其传粉的外部因素,而雌雄花序分布格局不合理、有效授粉期短、花粉活力低、果壳坚厚等自身繁殖机制是限制其野外种群恢复和重建的主要原因。从野外种群的自我重建与天然更新角度分析,认为普陀鹅耳枥目前仍处于濒危状态。提出了进一步扩大种群规模,持续做好野外种群的保护与建设工作,努力提高种子品质,加强天然更新能力研究等资源保护对策。

Current Preservation Situation and Countermesures on Germplasm Resources of Endangered Plant Carpinus putoensis Cheng

The report on situ and ex situ conservation status of germplasm resources of Carpinus putoensis Cheng holds that man-made deforestation and reclamation are the direct causes of its endangered.Adverse weather is external factor affecting its flowering pollination,and propagation mechanism such as the distribution pattern of irrational male and female inflorescence.The short effective pollination period,low pollen viability,and hard and sick shell are the main causes limit their field population restoration and reconstruction.According to self-renewal and natural regeneration of field population,C.putoensis Cheng is still endangered.Resource protection countermeasures are proposed such as expanding the population size continue protection and construction work of wild populations,effort to improve the quality of its seed,as well as study on strengthen the capacity of natural regeneration.
